Mary Jane is a graduate of the 1,000 hour program at the Massage Institute of New England. She continued her education with Paul St. John’s Program of Neuromuscular Therapy. At the Upledger Institute, she mastered the techniques of CranioSacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release. Mary Jane is also trained and educated in hand and foot reflexology, Hot Sacred Stones Massage, and holds Reiki 1 and 2 certifications.
